Aleksandar joined to Tarkett team in 2010 as a process engineer. From that moment till today he lead important projects which results in an increase in the automatization and digitalization of production operations. A significant role was in the implementation of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) which resulted in Golden Levelin Tarkett Internal Assessment and led the most important project in terms of sustainability focused on internal re-usage of scrap in Vinyl Products. From November 2022 he becomes project leader for Productivity Improvement inTarkett factory in Otradny (Russia) the biggest in this segment in the World.
