It is with special pleasure that we invite you to the second Forum of Industry and Academia – FTN FORUM 2, organized in partnership with the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, Science and Technology Park Novi Sad, and the Institute for Artificial Intelligence Research and Development of Serbia with the support of the Embassy of Japan in Serbia.
The Industry and Academia Forum – FTN FORUM 2 will be held in the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad on November 14, 2024, starting at 10 a.m. This year’s event will bring together the most influential representatives of companies, the academic community, the government, social communities, the media, and the non-governmental sector.
The focus of this year’s forum is “Smart Solutions for Society 5.0” viewed through a unique Japanese strategy for the future that has enormous potential to significantly improve the way people live, work and communicate with each other.
The mission of Society 5.0 is primarily focused on creating a society that is technologically advanced and socially inclusive and where the most modern technologies are used for the benefit of all citizens and promote sustainable development. From smart infrastructure that reduces traffic jams and energy consumption to the digital transformation of the industry with a focus on sustainable production, to smart healthcare that enables remote monitoring of patients, more accurate diagnosis, and personalized therapy.
By embracing advanced technologies and promoting social inclusiveness, we create a society that is prosperous and environmentally friendly, that values the well-being of all citizens, and prioritizes the health of all people and the sustainability of our planet.
