Dr. Jelena Ćulibrk is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. She teaches courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interest focus on job satisfaction, work motivation, organizational behavior, human resource management, and teamwork. Dr. Jelena Ćulibrk has participated in numerous commercial and scientific projects. On the academic side, she was a part of research teams within various projects, where she investigated employee job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment, and work values. She is the author of several scientific and professional publications.
Jelena indulges her entrepreneurial streak by serving as a reviewer for Serbia’s Best technology innovation contest and taking an active role in an AI-based startup Cinteraction, where her focus is on matters related to HR and financial operations.
